We Miss You...
Hi LSS family,
We miss you. Really we do. We’re still here for you.
To put it mildly, this is a really interesting time. We are making transitions and the changes we are making day to day have both positive and negative impacts. While it’s not always easy, I hope you are able to focus on the positive. By staying home and practicing social distancing, you have an positive impact on how the course of COVID-19 plays out in British Columbia. “Do the right thing” is part of our 49er way, and we should be proud of ourselves for doing our part.
Take this opportunity to challenge yourself and get creative with your social life.
Take this time to slow down and think about what is really important to you.
You can still enjoy lots of things you love, just in different ways.
And know this, LSS family - this won’t last forever. You can cope with this. We are here for you to help you, however we can. The whole team at LSS - include your friendly neighborhood librarian - are just a few clicks away whenever you need us.

Some of you might remember the library signboard that says “when in doubt - go to the library”. The library might be locked up but we’re still here at lss-library.com and available by email whenever you’ve got a question or problem you need help solving. I don’t have all the answers, but I can definitely help you find whatever answer you need.
I’ll sign off with some wise words from the second coolest principal around (D Travs being the first, of course):
